Paul Erlebach

Paul Erlebach was selected as the Neah-Kah-Nie School District Superintendent in July 2012.  Before coming to Neah-Kah-Nie, he was a school principal in Ontario, Oregon from 2000-2012.  Paul was born and raised in Eastern Oregon.

Superintendent Erlebach has his administrative licensure from Lewis & Clark College, a M.S. in Curriculum & Development from Portland State University, a B.A. in Education from Eastern Oregon University and a B.S. in Political Science from Southern Oregon University.  Paul also attended the Universidad de Guanajuato, in Mexico.

Paul began his career in education as a high school Spanish language teacher, K-12 English as a Second Language Teacher, and ESL director in The Dalles, Oregon.

As the Neah-Kah-Nie Superintendent, Paul strives to ensure all students have access to the highest quality education and collaboratively works with teachers, classified staff, district office staff, school principals, the Neah-Kah-Nie School District Board of Directors, volunteers, and community members to honor this commitment.

Paul values the community support given to Neah-Kah-Nie students and encourages parents and community members to make a difference in the lives of youth by mentoring or volunteering.

Paul is a member of the Rockaway Beach Lion’s Club and serves on the Rinehart Clinic Board of Directors, fostering strong relationships and enhancing partnerships with community stakeholders.

Paul’s wife Rosa works for the North County Recreation District, his daughter Gracia  works in Manzanita, and son Paul Daniel graduated from OSU in 2017.  The Erlebachs live in Manzanita.
