Paul Erlebach

A message from the Superintendent:
I am thrilled to begin my eleventh year as Superintendent for the Neah-Kah-Nie
School District. I look forward to supporting the essential work of the district for the
2022-23 school year. One of Superintendent Erlebach’s main goals this year is to
update the school district’s Continuous Improvement Plan.

Paul was a school principal for twelve years and a Spanish language teacher for
eleven years. Paul was actively involved in summer migrant programs and was an
English Language Development Coordinator.

Paul is committed to equitable outcomes for students and truly believes in education
as a pathway to a lifetime of success.

Paul grew up in eastern Oregon. Paul’s wife Rosa works at North County
Recreation Department (NCRD), his daughter Gracia works in Nehalem, and his son
Paul Daniel is a physical therapist.
