Paul Erlebach has served as the Neah-Kah-Nie School District Superintendent since 2012. Born and raised in Oregon, Paul has been an educator for more than 30 years. During that time , he was a Spanish language teacher, English Language Development (ELD) teacher & program director, and elementary/middle school principal.
As the Neah-Kah-Nie Superintendent, Paul strives to ensure all students have access to the highest quality education. He believes in working collaboratively with teachers, classified staff, district office staff, school principals, the Neah-Kah-Nie School District Board of Directors, volunteers, and community members to honor this commitment.
Paul values the community support given to Neah-Kah-Nie students. This encourages parents and community members to make a difference in the lives of youth by mentoring or volunteering.
Currently Paul is a member of the Rockaway Beach Lion’s Club, Rinehart Clinic Board of Directors, and Mudd Nick Foundation Advisory Board. He believes in fostering strong relationships and enhancing partnerships with community stakeholders.
Paul’s wife Rosa works for North County Recreation District, his daughter Gracia works in Manzanita, and son Paul Daniel is enrolled in a Doctor of Physical Therapy program. The Erlebachs live in Manzanita.
