The Neah-Kah-Nie School District Inclusion Committee is a community-led advisory group made up of parents, educators and residents within the district. Established in accordance with Oregon Senate Bill 732, this committee serves as the district’s Educational Equity Advisory Committee, providing guidance to the Superintendent on fostering an inclusive school environment. The Alliance holds listening sessions, reviews bias reports, and works to ensure that all students—regardless of cultural background, physical ability, or mental health needs—feel welcomed, supported, and valued in their schools.
